Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.

Payment

You agree to pay for all reservations made through the Website or Services. Payment may be made using a credit card or other accepted payment method. You agree to promptly pay all charges for reservations and any applicable fees or taxes.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and responsible manner. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose, to transmit any harassing, obscene, or offensive material, or to interfere with the use of the Services by others.

Limitation of Liability

TBA Transportation is not responsible for any damages or loss arising from your use of the Website or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages or loss caused by delays, cancellations, or errors in reservations; by the negligence or misconduct of drivers or other third parties; or by any other cause beyond the control of TBA Transportation.
